หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

- จัดทำเช็ค/ จ่ายเช็ค และบันทึกรายการจ่ายเช็คประจำวันผ่านระบบ Oracle และตรวจสอบเอกสารการจ่ายเช็ค ของบริษัทที่รับผิดชอบ
- จัดทำรายการ (Maker) upload รายการโอนเงินให้ดารา/ศิลปิน/ Suppliers ผ่านระบบโอนเงินธนาคาร (SCB BUSINESS NET)
- จัดทำรายการ (Maker) upload รายการโอนสวัสดิการ/ โอนค่าใช้จ่ายพนักงาน ผ่านระบบโอนเงินธนาคาร (SCB BUSINESS NET)
- รับวางบิล Supplers/ เจ้าหนี้การค้า พร้อมตรวจสอบเอกสารประกอบการรับวางบิลของบริษัทที่รับผิดชอบ
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารใบเสร็จรับเงิน / ใบกำกับภาษี พร้อมติดตามลูกค้า กรณีเอกสารใบกำกับภาษี และเอกสารไม่ถูกต้อง
- บันทึกข้อมูลโอนภาษีซื้อในใบกำกับภาษี
- จัดทำทะเบียนจ่ายเช็คประจำวัน/ รายงานโอนเงิน พร้อมสรุปรายการตัดเจ้าหนี้
- เตรียมเอกสารจ่ายภาษี เพื่อยื่นที่กรมสรรพากร รวมถึงจ่ายค่าโทรศัพท์ ค่างวดรถ ค่าบัตรเครดิตบริษัท เป็นต้น
- ประทับตรา "Paid" เอกสารทุกบริษัทที่จ่ายประจำวัน (ประทับตราเอกสารทุกใบ)
- สั่งซื้อสมุดเช็ค, ทำเบิก / เก็บครุภัณฑ์ต่างๆ
- รับโทรศัพท์ ตอบคำถามคู่ค้า/ Supplier และพนักงาน ที่โทรติดต่อเรื่องการรับเงิน
คุณสมบัติ
-
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี บัญชี หรือการเงิน หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางบัญชี Oracle
- มีทัศนคติในการทำงานที่ดี กระตือรือร้น มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ซื่อสัตย์ และเชื่อถือได้
