Clean Harbors/Safety-Kleen in London, ON is seeking a Utility Representative (DZ Driver) to join our safety conscious team! The Utility Representatives are individuals who drive our box, oil, and vacuum trucks on open routes. At times, the driver can also be required to travel to various locations Canada wide. The Rep will ensure our Parts washer, CWS, Oil & Vac customers receive continued high-quality service.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a DZ-licensed vehicle to deliver and pick up hazardous and non-hazardous materials (including used oil, anti-freeze, and related products etc.)
- May provide maintenance assistance for equipment at times.
- Provide route coverage for any uncovered routes across the district as needed.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of any hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste and complete associate paperwork in alignment with regulations. i.e., drums are properly segregated and loaded, etc.).
- Manage daily routes and ensure compliance with schedules while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accuracy in product deliveries, waste pickups, and related documentation.
- Transporting waste from customer sites to Safety-Kleen branches.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Safety-Kleen products and services, contributing to revenue growth.
- Preparation, planning, routing, scheduling.
- Servicing existing accounts.
- Customer interaction and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Valid DZ driver’s license with 1-2 years of operating highly preferred
- Clean driving record.
- Strong customer service with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships.
- Knowledge of environmental services, hazardous waste management, or related industries is highly preferred asset.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
- Willingness to complete a background check, drug test, and physical if required.
- Reliable vehicle to commute to our facility.
- Comfortable travelling (Ontario wide and out of province when needed).
