About the role

You will oversee the accuracy and control of the Firm's books and financial reporting under US GAAP, International GAAP, and global regulatory standards, including accounting systems, databases, capital, liquidity, and external reporting.

Missions
- Soutenir le développement et l'amélioration des processus de gouvernance et de contrôle des activités intercompagnies, en assurant leur alignement avec les entités existantes et en participant au suivi des transactions intercompagnies.
- Examiner les dépenses du grand livre et vérifier la conformité avec les accords existants ; collaborer avec les équipes pour formaliser les accords manquants et ajuster les coûts si nécessaire.
- Participer à la revue des politiques existantes, proposer des mises à jour et appuyer d'autres projets ou tâches ponctuelles selon les besoins.
- Évaluer le cadre de gouvernance des transactions intercompagnies, identifier les lacunes et suivre la mise en place de nouveaux accords.
- Fournir un support sur les processus comptables et GAAP pour des tâches spécifiques.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration des solutions d'automatisation et technologiques pour la gouvernance et le reporting des activités intercompagnies.

- Support the development and enhancement of governance and control processes around intercompany activities, ensuring alignment with existing entities, and assist in monitoring intercompany transactions.
- Review general ledger expenses and verify compliance with existing agreements; collaborate with teams to formalize missing agreements and adjust costs until agreements are in place.
- Assist in reviewing existing policies, recommending updates where needed, and support other projects or ad hoc tasks as required.
- Evaluate the intercompany governance framework, identify gaps, and help track the creation of new agreements.
- Provide support in GAAP and general ledger processes for specific tasks.
- Contribute to improving automation and technology solutions for intercompany governance and reporting.
Profil du candidat
- Formation en comptabilité / finance.
- La certification CPA est un fort atout.
- Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience pertinente en reporting externe et/ou en comptabilité publique/ services financiers.
- Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais.

- At least 4 years' relevant experience in external reporting and/or public accounting experience.
- Fluent in English
