Seasonal Sidewalk Crew Member Winter Maintenance
Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, ON $19 to 24/hr | Seasonal | Nov 1 Apr 1 Join LP Landscape Plus Inc. and help keep sidewalks safe this winter! We're looking for reliable crew members to clear snow and ice from walkways using hand tools and stand-on plows. Work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a supportive team.
What You'll Do
- Shovel sidewalks and apply ice melt
- Operate stand-on sidewalk plows
- Drive truck + trailer with equipment to routes
- Ensure sidewalks are clear, salted, and safe
What We're Looking For
- Available Nov 1 Apr 1 (weather dependent)
- Flexible hours (nights, early mornings, weekends)
- Physically fit (lift up to 50 lbs)
- Must have valid G Drivers License with a clean drivers record (trailer experience is a plus)

In 2020 we added the "Big Green" division with a focus on using renewable energy to complete our daily landscape maintenance tasks. All our lawn equipment is solar powered and the truck is a mobile charging station with solar panels on the roof!
