Superviseur(e), Logistique Le/la superviseur(e) de la Logistique veille à l'intégrité et à la circulation de toutes les marchandises à l'entrée et à la sortie de l'emplacement et s'assure que les produits sont disponibles pour le client.
Les responsabilités spécifiques incluent (mais sans s’y limiter) :
- Assurer l'encadrement des employés sur place, en fonction des tâches à accomplir.
- Gérer le flux de travail au sein de l'équipe.
- En partenariat avec le/la directeur(trice), s'assurer de la planification appropriée du personnel.
- Assurer la livraison rapide des produits dans les rayons de vente.
- Identifier de manière proactive les tendances en matière d'arrivages et planifier les besoins de personnel en conséquence.
- Gérer la coordination du traitement des demandes de transfert provenant d'autres magasins.
- Administrer et assurer le suivi entre le/la directeur(trice) de ventes et le bureau des achats pour la livraison de toutes les commandes spéciales (mode féminine, mode masculine, accessoires et bijoux) afin de s'assurer que les dates promises aux clients sont respectées.
- Revoir les objectifs quotidiens et assigner les tâches appropriées.
- Renforcer les normes du rayon-service.
- Gérer les fournitures, notamment les stocks de cintres, les matériaux d'emballage et de conditionnement.
- Superviser l'entreposage sûr et contrôlé de la marchandise des clients.
- Respecter toutes les politiques et exigences en matière de santé et de sécurité.
Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède :
- Un diplôme postsecondaire, de préférence en affaires
- De 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en supervision dans une fonction similaire
- Des compétences informatiques de base

- Contribution aux objectifs financiers
- Objectifs individuels liés à la réalisation des objectifs du rayon-service
- Rétroactions des clients internes et externes
Supervisor, Logistics The Supervisor, Logistics directs the integrity and flow of all merchandise into and out of the location and ensures product is available to the customer.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Provide in-situ task-specific coaching to employees
- Manage workflow within team
- In partnership with the Manager, ensure appropriate staff scheduling
- Ensure the swift delivery of product to the selling floor
- Proactively identify trends in receipts and schedule workforce needs appropriately
- Lead the co-ordination of processing transfer requests from other stores
- Manage and follow up between the Sales Manager and buying office on delivery of all special orders (women’s, men’s, accessories and Jewelry) to ensure customer promise dates are met
- Review daily objectives and assign tasks appropriate
- Reinforce standards for department
- Manage supplies including hanger inventories, wrapping and packing materials
- Direct the safe, controlled storage of customer merchandise
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
The ideal candidate:
- Post-Secondary degree, preferably in Business
- 3-5 years supervisory experience in a similar capacity
- Basic computer skills
The measures of success:
- Contribution to financial objectives
- Individual objectives linked to the achievement of department goals
- Feedback from internal and external clients
