Description
Site Superintendent - WWTP - Middlesex
Working closely with the project team, this role ensures that work is completed in compliance with contractual documents, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements, while supporting efficient daily operations and successful project delivery.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the on-site new build construction of a new Water Treatment plant
- Manage and direct trades on site
- Participate in the start-up and planning of new projects
- Contribute to scheduling, risk management and quality control
- Prepare short-term work plans
- Supervise the execution of the work according to the contractual documents
- Prepare purchase orders according to budgetary activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
Profile
Site Superintendent - WWTP - Middlesex
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years on site construction experience
- Proven experience as an ICI focused Site Superintendent
- Proven experience working for a general contractor
- Strong experience in industrial projects, including plant construction, Water Treatment stations, pumping systems, and/or other ICI projects
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $110000 to $150000 CAD.
