Full-Time

About the role

This trusted Canadian manufacturer and supplier of quality textiles and premium amenities serves the hospitality, healthcare, wellness, retail, and institutional sectors. Their product offering includes terry, linens, and guest essentials designed to deliver comfort, durability, quality, and value. As the organization continues to grow and expand its market presence, they are seeking a talented and hands-on Marketing Manager to help shape how the brand is presented, how products are brought to market, and how customers connect with the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded marketing professional who combines strong writing skills with a sharp eye for design. The ideal candidate can take a rough concept and turn it into polished, persuasive, and visually consistent work across digital, print, email, e-commerce, and sales channels.

The successful candidate will understand that strong B2B marketing is both creative and commercial. Their work will support the sales process, strengthen customer engagement, and clearly communicate the value of the company’s products to operators, procurement teams, and channel partners across multiple industries. Success in this role will come from curiosity, initiative, thoughtful execution, and strong organization. The Marketing Manager will manage multiple priorities, maintain brand consistency, and bring energy and fresh thinking to every project. They will also embrace AI and modern technology as tools to improve efficiency while ensuring the finished work still reflects sound judgment, originality, and a distinctive brand voice.

Description

Maintain and update the company website and B2B e-commerce portal, including product information, imagery, landing pages, and promotional content. Design and update product catalogues while ensuring accurate version control, organized asset storage, and consistent presentation. Write clear and persuasive B2B copy for product descriptions, sales materials, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and product launches. Adapt messaging for different industries, customer groups, sales channels, and purchasing decision-makers. Coordinate marketing campaigns supporting key market segments, customer programs, chain accounts, seasonal initiatives, and new product introductions. Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and maintain customer communication templates. Partner with internal sales teams to develop materials that support customer presentations, business development, and account growth. Collaborate with designers, freelancers, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. Maintain consistent messaging and visual standards across the website, email, social media, advertisements, catalogues, and sales tools. Assist with the preparation of displays, presentations, signage, collateral, and promotional materials for trade shows and industry events. Use AI-assisted tools to support research, writing, editing, and content production while maintaining accuracy, judgment, and an authentic brand voice. Manage multiple projects, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables using established project-management platforms. Maintain organized creative files, templates, product images, campaign materials, and brand assets. Monitor the quality and consistency of customer-facing content and recommend improvements where appropriate.
