RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

About the Role This position is part of an expansion within our Operations Team to support the growing administrative needs of the organization. While you will continue to provide reception coverage as part of your role, the position includes a significant focus on administrative responsibilities that support multiple departments and overall organizational operations and systems development.
What You’ll Do
- Greet visitors and manage a multi‑line phone system
- Handle mail, couriers, scheduling, and general office tasks
- Maintain digital and physical files; support document digitization
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal documents
- Assist with ShareVision/SharePoint content and basic user support
- Support the CEO, Directors, and Service Management Team with administrative/ operational functions
- Contribute to administrative processes, documentation, and project coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent internal/external customer service
What You Bring
- 1‑year post‑secondary certificate in Office/Admin (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years reception/administration experience
- Strong MS Office and Adobe Acrobat skills
- Experience with digital file management; SharePoint/ShareVision is an asset
- Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Clean Police Information Check required
Position Details
-**Full‑time, 40 hrs/week,**Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm -Biweekly salary: $1,840.00
