THE POSITION

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for assisting in the operation of the CGY Team Store warehouse by conducting duties such as receiving, sorting, and tagging product as well as replenishing stock for all CGY Team Store locations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Pull and transfer stock for all CGY Team Store locations;

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization is maintained;

• Acquire product knowledge and information on merchandise and events/activities in the Saddledome;

• Receive all warehouse orders and conduct sorting and tagging;

• Provide courteous and enthusiastic service to internal and corporate customers;

• Assist in the set-up and preparation for concerts and events;

• Actively participate in safety programs and follow policies;

• All other duties as assigned.

• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines;

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize effectively;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Able to lift heavy boxes and complete other physically demanding tasks;

• Ability to follow directions;

• Ability to work a flexible schedule;

• Positive attitude and a strong attention to detail.
