About the role
Safety-Kleen Canada Inc. in Chambly, QC, is looking for an administrative assistant. In this dynamic and fast-paced position, you will help process documentation, respond to internal and external requests, and provide support to field staff. This is a temporary full-time position that may become permanent.
Training: Must be available to attend training in Quebec City for two weeks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, and accounts receivable;
- Create and update customer files;
- Prepare, process, and verify invoices and contracts;
- Provide support to drivers and manage routes;
- Provide customer service.
- Respond to internal and external customer requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of one year of experience in a related field.
- Strong computer skills and good knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Self-sufficient, organized, and positive attitude.
- Bilingualism: English and French.
- Training: Must be available to attend a two-week training course in Quebec City.
