We are a progressive, patient-focused dental clinic that values teamwork, efficiency, and excellent patient care. Our ideal candidate is already working as a Treatment Coordinator or Senior Administrator in a dental office and is ready to take on a team leadership role while still staying actively involved in front-line operations.
This is not just a management position — it’s a role for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, coordinating treatment plans, supporting the dental team, and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans to patients, including insurance coverage and financing options.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries related to care and scheduling.
- Support front desk operations: scheduling, confirmations, billing, and insurance submissions.
- Mentor and support administrative team members, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Use Tracker software to manage patient records, treatment plans, and scheduling.
- Monitor and improve case acceptance by guiding patients through treatment decisions.
- Assist Dentists with workflow optimization and team coordination.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Senior Receptionist, or Lead Admin in a dental office.
- Proficiency with Tracker dental software (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance claims, and ODA fee guide (IFHP, CDCP knowledge an asset).
- Excellent communication and case presentation skills.
- Proven ability to support and guide a team.
- Positive, professional attitude with a focus on patient experience.
