We are seeking Personal Lines Account Managers who excel in providing comprehensive client service. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts and support clients with their personal insurance needs.
Position type: Full-time, permanent
Role status: Replacement
Locations: Toronto, Mississauga, Kitchener, or St. Catharines
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, expert service to clients
- Collaborate closely with producers and insurance partners
- Manage renewals and process endorsements efficiently
- Assess risk exposures and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Guide clients through the claims process with confidence and care
- Prepare insurance applications, proposals, and documentation
Knowledge, Skills, And Requirements
- Active RIBO license in good standing (required)
- 3+ years of Personal Lines brokerage experience
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
- Experience with EPIC, Compu-Quote, and broker portals considered an asset
Interpersonal Skills
- A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong commitment to professionalism and delivering expert service to clients
Compensation Range: $50,000 to $100,000 annually
Compensation is based on a full-time 35-hour work week and will be dependent upon the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
