About The Role As a Global Growth Lead at Passage, you will be responsible for driving growth through our network of recruitment partners across the world. You will manage a portfolio of high-performing agencies, helping them scale their student recruitment to Canada while ensuring every student they send succeeds from application to arrival. This role is ideal for a results-driven B2B account manager with deep experience in the study abroad industry, especially within the Canadian admissions and visa ecosystem.

What You Will Do Partner Management
- Manage and grow relationships with global recruitment agents to maximize enrollments
- Serve as the main point of contact, providing proactive advisory and operational support
- Increase Passage’s market share through partner engagement, training, and enablement
- Ensure partners adopt and effectively use Passage’s digital tools and workflows
- Uphold compliance and ethical standards across all partner activities
Sales & Growth Management
- Own and deliver on intake-wise sales and enrollment targets
- Develop and execute partner activation plans—visits, training sessions, marketing campaigns, and student events
- Monitor partner performance through CRM analytics and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal admissions, marketing, and finance teams to drive outcomes
What You Bring
- Experience: 3+ years of proven success in partner or account management within the study abroad / international education sector
- Expertise: Deep understanding of Canadian admissions, visa, and student recruitment cycles
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
