If you’re a dynamic, organized, mature professional ready to play a key role in supporting senior management, CBI Health Group has an exciting opportunity for you.

As an Executive Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of CBI Home Health. Reporting to the President & Chief Operating Officer, you will prove to be a detail-oriented and experienced professional, taking pride in your work ethic as well as being able to juggle a multitude of complex projects.

Your role:

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Manage senior management’s e-mails, phone calls, and schedule/calendar to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Organize meetings and events, creating a timeline, as well as preparing and distributing meeting notifications, correspondence, and agenda materials
  • Attend operational meetings and record minutes
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, templates and PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage documentation of expense submissions and invoices
  • Manage files and ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
  • Develop communication pieces and messages for Home Health
  • Establish working relationship with senior management and Directors
  • Communicate with all parties via verbal, written, and electronic correspondence
  • Perform other administrative tasks, as required.

This position is remote.

What you will need to be successful:

To take on the role of Executive Assistant, you must:

  • have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar administrative position
  • have excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills
  • possess strong attention to detail
  • be able to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
  • have excellent client service skills
  • be self-motivated
  • be proficient in MS Office.
  • Home health experience is an asset.
