The Outbound Sales team is growing, and they are seeking a driven, field-based Outside Sales Representative to join the team.
Location: Oakville, field-based in and around the GTA
Role Type: Hybrid, the office is relaxed with a friendly team dynamic.
Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission (on-target earnings ~$80,000+)

Our Outside Sales Representatives are the heart of our local business relationships. You are not just selling a service; you are a trusted advisor building long-term partnerships that protect our neighbours' businesses and reputations every single day.
Highlights of the role:
- Connect with prospective clients to introduce Blue-Pencil services
- Meet face-to-face with clients to understand their security and storage needs
- Help our community safeguard their private data from modern security risks
- Guide clients with a professional, consultative sales approach
- Target and drive upsell and cross-sell conversations
- Build credibility in local business communities through consistent field presence
- Manage your assigned territory strategically to maximize revenue growth
