Valet Attendant/ Bellperson
As a Valet Attendant / Bellperson, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional first and last impressions for our guests. From the moment a guest arrives to the moment they depart, your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail will help shape a seamless and memorable stay. Whether you’re welcoming guests at the entrance, assisting with luggage, or safely parking their vehicle, you are an essential part of our hospitality experience.
This is a highly visible, guest-facing role that requires energy, care, and a genuine passion for service. In the role of Valet Attendant, you will:

Create Exceptional First Impressions – Greet every guest with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. Open doors, assist with luggage, and provide a welcoming presence that immediately puts guests at ease upon arrival.

Deliver a Polished Arrival & Departure Experience – Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles with precision and care, ensuring each vehicle is handled responsibly and returned in the same condition it was received.

Be a Trusted Guest Resource – Assist guests with directions, hotel amenities, transportation needs, and local recommendations. Your knowledge and helpful attitude will enhance every interaction.

Support Guest Comfort & Convenience – Escort guests to their rooms, deliver messages or items, assist with special needs, and help with room features to ensure guests feel comfortable and informed.

Demonstrate Safety & Accountability – Follow all hotel safety, security, and valet procedures. Handle keys responsibly, double-check vehicle security, and report any concerns to management promptly.
Job Requirements

Prior hotel, valet, or related guest service experience preferred
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-
Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles, including vehicles of various sizes
-
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
-
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
-
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
-
Physically able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
-
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and variable temperatures
-
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Additional Job Duties

Transfer luggage, packages, and personal items to and from guest rooms, vehicles, and storage areas
-
Receive, tag, and track guest baggage accurately using claim checks
-
Maintain clean, organized lobby, entrance, and valet areas
-
Assist guests with transportation arrangements
-
Pick up and return laundry and valet items
-
Maintain high standards of personal appearance, grooming, and uniform compliance
-
Uphold all hotel SOPs, safety standards, and privacy policies
-
Ensure guest safety when entering or exiting rooms and public spaces
-
Complete charge slips and maintain accurate records when required
-
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall guest satisfaction
