General Manager Opportunity: Annual Salary Range: $80,000-$90,0000 Annual Bonus Potential: $20,000 We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead restaurants in the Greater Toronto Area, specifically in Etobicoke, Mississauga and Hamilton.
You’ll oversee restaurant operations, help build guest count, drive sales, and develop strong leadership teams while ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience. Responsible for creating and enhancing a restaurant culture that drives excellence in every aspect of hospitality success: Making guests feel special, top line revenues, excellent service, high-quality product, strong morale, and superior profit management to achieve financial goals.
What You’ll Do Lead and support your managers, your Chef as your partner in the restaurant, and teams at all levels Drive sales growth and meet financial targets Regular reconciliation of the P & L statements Support and implement new and current tech initiatives Conduct regular restaurant visits and operational reviews & audits Recruit, train, and develop top-performing leaders Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations Champion team culture, recognition, and motivation Collaborate on long-term strategy General Managers are directly overseeing the recruitment, training, development and mentoring of current AMs and future GMs and Chefs out of your restaurant due to growth The successful General Manager will have an unparalleled passion for guest service, restaurant operations and management of profitability.
What We’re Looking For Leadership experience in a full-service premium casual dining restaurant chains is an asset 3+ years as a successful General Manager in a high-volume environment Ability to analyze and present P&L reconciliation Strong financial management and cost-control skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems Ability to understand, incorporate, and utilize AI is an asset Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business education is an asset
