Achieve or exceed sales quota results in the assigned territory.

Identify, expand, qualify, segment, educate and manage new and emerging accounts
-
Identify growth opportunities, expand product portfolio utilization with existing accounts, and launch new products, indications, and programs.

Maintain an effective territory sales plan and achieve call reach and frequency targets
-
Pre-plan sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and the highest level of customer service.

Monitor and analyze sales dashboards and critical KPIs to optimize sales results
-
Conduct impactful tele detailing, e-detailing and web meetings using digital sales aids
-
Increase customers’ knowledge, business development skills, understanding of Allergan Aesthetics’ value proposition and awareness of aesthetic products and programs
-
Educate and support target customers with marketing strategies including but not limited to website and social media development, internal office branding, patient segmentation and external marketing strategies.
-
Support and facilitate the execution of remote training workshops and assist with support for events within the territory and area.

Collaborate with field salesforce to effectively transition high-growth accounts from virtual to face-to-face engagement
-
Provide vacant territory support to field salesforce as needed
-
Complete administrative responsibilities in an accurate and timely manner including completing Veeva call call entry, periodic business plans, monthly expense reports, segmentation and targeting, territory account profiles and customer database management.

Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.

Participate fully in team meetings, National Sales meetings, and training and development activities
-
Develop and maintain supportive, productive, and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.

Participating in industry-related trade shows/meetings
-
Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations.

Maintain consistent communication with Virtual Sales Manager, VPS counterparts, Field leadership and counterparts, Customer Service and other cross-functional areas on all matters related to the territory and region.

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Science or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Must be at ease with technology (the use of various tools/systems to perform day-to-day tasks).
- Position requires evening/ weekend work from time to time, including overnight travel.
- Advanced English language proficiency (oral and written), French is asset.
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
- Minimum of two years in a Specialty Sales role within the pharmaceutical and/or the aesthetic industry,
- Physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, B2B experience or Marketing experience preferred
- Proven track record in sales and solid presentation skills
- Strong ability to proactively identify customer style / behavior and to quickly adapts all aspects of selling approach
- Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking capabilities
- Offers innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities for the larger organization and anticipates and responds to changes or challenges
- Viewed as a credible and respected role model and resource among peers. Builds collaborative partnership with regional colleagues and team, etc.
