What will you be doing? As a Client Services Coordinator , you will support the Child Care Enrollment team by assisting customers with a spectrum of inquiries and developing interest in potential customers. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and evolving new enrollment programs
- Updating sale processes, materials, and training
- Developing and maintaining accurate records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Communicating BrightPath's brand identity and points of differentiation to potential parents
- Performing positive relationship development

Required Skills:
- 1 year in a customer support or sales role preferred, but not required

- Experience with CRM system an asset
