About the role
Our Sainte-Catherine, QC site, is currently looking for Class 1FM Bi-Train Roll / Off Drivers (permanent, full-time). Local and Long distance.
The driver/operator is responsible for operating equipment and transporting hazardous waste in a container truck (Bi-Train/Roll Off). You will perform various tasks in the areas of hazardous waste cleanup, site restoration, equipment and facility decontamination, and emergency response.

Responsibilities
- Weekday work (50-60 hours/week) and occasional weekend work.
- Ensure that health and safety are the number one priority by complying with policies and procedures and acting safely at all times.
- Ensure the proper loading and unloading of hazardous/non-hazardous waste, comply with load limits, and ensure the proper use of company equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining daily logs, worksheets, timesheets, expense accounts, mileage reports, and vehicle inspection reports.
- Comply with assigned pickup and delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Possess a Class 1 license (with FM endorsement)
- Previous driving experience with container trucks : Bi Train / Roll off.
- Clean driving record with no violations in the last 5 years. (Driving record (SAAQ) is required).
- Bilingual: spoken/written English and French.
- Clean driving record with no violations in the last 5 years. Clean Driving record (SAAQ) is required.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Able to climb and work at least 2 feet above the ground
- Able to wear personal protective equipment, including respirators and coveralls
- Must own 8-inch work boots
- Be ready and willing to work
