Compensation
$65,000.00 to $68,000.00
The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

Qualifications:
-**Education:**Post-secondary graduate in a relevant discipline (Business or Engineering) -**Leadership:**Proven passion for leadership with demonstrated experience. -**Goal-Oriented:**Strong drive to achieve positive results and make a significant impact on the business. -**Customer-Focused:**Enjoys hands-on work and building relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. -**Communication Skills:**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -**Eligibility:**Must be eligible to work in Canada and willing to travel and relocate for assignments across various locations from Manitoba to the Atlantic Ocean.
