What you'll be doing
As Senior Manager, Liquidity Reporting and Analysis you will support the Director in providing analysis, monitoring, and reporting to satisfy management, regulatory and statutory reporting requirements for Treasury’s Funding & Liquidity Management function. You will also support additional Liquidity reporting requirements as they are developed and implemented over time. Accountabilities include report production, variance analysis, measuring and analyzing the impact on liquidity risk due to movement across multiple products, reconciliation, and explanatory review with Liquidity colleagues. You will also verify the accuracy of reports and anticipate, investigate, and resolve a variety of changing and diverse issues in order to ensure that reporting requirements are met. You will lead and manage a team of liquidity reporting experts, providing guidance, and assigning work to ensure that individuals' roles support the achievement of the Liquidity Management's priorities. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of various regulatory and management reports. You’ll provide consultative advice and maintain existing reports while assisting on the development of new reports.

How You'll Succeed:
- Results driven - Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of liquidity reports through leading execution and continuous improvement of the process.
- Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of reporting analysts and consultants, providing guidance on reporting capabilities
- Analysis - Analyze information and prepare insights and commentary for disclosure to our key stakeholders. Conduct analysis, applying strong analytical skills and business knowledge to resolve issues and support management decisions.
- Subject Matter Expert - Accountability and subject matter expertise for selective reporting processes including but not limited to daily LCR reporting. Work closely with internal stakeholders on delivering report analysis, and leading team members on the outputs.
- Continuous Improvement - Foster an environment of continuous improvement in the team geared towards automating and simplifying processes using a variety of tools to reduce operational burden and increase capacity of the overall team
- Collaboration - Work with business teams to proactively identify gaps and enhancements to Treasury reporting (including report parameter updates and data enhancement). Conduct periodic reviews of the reporting requirements and processes to identify gaps or areas for improvement.

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Banking preferably in a Treasury, Finance or Risk role with in-depth understanding of risk reporting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OSFI and BoC standard in relation to key liquidity reporting metrics is preferred: Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), Net Cumulative Cash Flow (NCCF).
- You have a degree/professional qualification in Finance, Economics, Business or Accounting. It’s an asset if you have earned, or are working towards, a CPA, CFA, FRM, or CSC designation

What you'll be doing
