About The Role LuxGive is seeking an experienced Concierge join our team and assist in creating custom travel experiences while serving as the main point of contact for our guests before and during their trips.

If you are passionate about travel, are detail-oriented, and find fulfillment in making a positive impact, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in hospitality within the travel industry, ideally with experience travelling and/or living abroad. We welcome individuals who are creative, have a passion for providing top customer service, take ownership, and desire to be part of a team that positively impacts non-profit organizations.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for Charity trip winners (CTWs) and assist them with all pre-arrival and in-stay details.
  • Research and source activities and experiences.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the trip, from arrival to departure, and anticipate guest needs to curate personalized and memorable vacations.
  • Keep up-to-date with destination information and be resourceful when limited information is available.
  • Follow up with CTWs post-travel and gather feedback to share with the team.
  • Identify areas for departmental growth and contribute to team efforts by introducing new ideas and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Research and build a portfolio of destination activities and establish relationships with suppliers to enhance guest experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property management companies and service providers.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on property-related inquiries, booking procedures, destination knowledge, and trip experiences.
  • Handle urgent guest escalations and provide support during peak travel periods as needed for emergencies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or service-related roles in the travel industry.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen, write, speak, and communicate effectively through various channels such as email, phone, and text.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multitask, follow up, and deliver on commitments.
  • Knowledge of international travel destinations and a passion for staying up-to-date on destination information.
  • Proven relationship-building skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport with travelers and understand their ideal travel experiences.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM programs, G-Suite, and/or Office.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take ownership.
  • Ability to manage email correspondence and respond in a timely manner
