Job Title - Collections Agent
Period - 12 months Location - Saint John NB Schedule - Mondy to Thursday 11am-9pm (Atltantic time), Friday- OFF and Saturday 9-5 Atlantic time
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Collections Agent III to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering outstanding service to our clients while developing valuable skills in a supportive and engaging work environment. What You'll Do
Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Provide courteous service, offering expert guidance on banking products and solutions. Identify cross-sell opportunities and work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring first-call resolution whenever possible. Contribute to team goals by maintaining high-quality work standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
Required Skills
Fluency in both French and English. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 2-4 years of experience in customer service or financial roles, preferably in call centers or collections. Ability to accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
Nice to Have Skills
Prior banking or financial services experience. Familiarity with collections software or other relevant computer applications.
Preferred Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. Background in finance or collections is advantageous.
