This opportunity is ideal for either:

  • Anexperienced General Managerready to lead a high-performing restaurant
  • ASenior Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Managerready to take the next step into a GM role

#Compensation & Benefits

$76,000 – $90,000 base salary with tip pool share + performance bonus & profit sharing

#What You’ll Do

As a restaurant leader at Red Robin, you’ll oversee daily operations while building a strong team culture and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

###Team Leadership

  • Hire, train and develop a team of 50-75team members
  • Coach and mentor restaurant managers and team members
  • Create a culture focused on hospitality, teamwork and accountability

###Guest Experience

  • Deliver memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Lead a hospitality-first environment

###Operational Excellence

  • Manage restaurant sales, labour and food costs
  • Oversee scheduling, forecasting and inventory
  • Maintain Red Robin’s high standards for food quality and cleanliness

###Business Growth

  • Support local restaurant marketing initiatives
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve results
  • Drive strong restaurant profitability and performance

#What You Bring

-2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience

  • Experience leading teams in casual dining or full-service restaurants
  • Strong operational and financial management skills
  • A passion for hospitality and team development
