Lake Utopia is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Operations Relief Team Leader to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of front-line leadership, hands-on operations and strategic involvement.

• Provide relief for Operations Team Leaders

• Promote and enforce safety, housekeeping, production, and quality standards.

• Facilitate daily troubleshooting and problem-solving with operating teams.

• Manage crew performance and support employee development.

• Participate in strategic initiatives

• Shift work required

• A Bachelor’s degree or a completed 2-year (minimum) post-secondary program in related technical discipline

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

• A desire to lead and develop people

• Commitment to growing your leadership and technical capabilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Willingness to work varied shifts
