What will you do?
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end (Angular/React) and back-end (Java, Spring Boot) applications with a focus on high performance and user experience.
- Build and enhance REST APIs and microservices , ensuring seamless integration across systems.
- Solve technical challenges creatively and independently, delivering clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other team members in an Agile environment to build exceptional products.
- Contribute to the team’s success by coaching junior developers , sharing technical expertise, and performing code reviews.
- Explore and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development processes and solve technical issues.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to align on team goals.
- Develop and execute automated tests to ensure quality and reliability of code.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in Angular/React (or similar front-end frameworks) and Java/Spring Boot for back-end development.
- 4+ years of experience working with RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, ELK), and data streaming technologies (Kafka).
- Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs , with hands-on experience in microservices architecture.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously on complex tasks.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and automation tools.
- Eagerness to share knowledge and coach junior team members.
- A growth mindset, with a passion for learning new technologies and improving your craft.
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker) and distributed applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in integrating security protocols (JWT, OAuth).
