As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist within CBI Health, you will be the face and voice of this accredited, innovative community health care organization providing high-quality services.
This is a Part Time position and will require four (4) hours per day Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. There will be times that there are additional hours required for vacation coverage and special events. This is a Term position for approximately 4 months. Your role As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, You Will
- Direct incoming calls received on a multi-line phone system
- Be the first point of contact for office visitors and offsite employees
- Coordinate mail distribution and orders
- Perform general office duties and provide administrative support to various departments within the office
What You Will Need To Be Successful To take on the role of Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you must have:
- Post-secondary education in medical office / business administration
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a reception or customer service role is an asset
- Well developed skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a publishing program (e.g., Microsoft Publisher)
- Professional customer service attitude
- Creative approach with a can-do attitude
- Effective problem-solving skills.
