What You’ll Do
- Conduct qualitative research studies, including user interviews, focus groups, and diary studies, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Design and execute surveys to gather quantitative data and identify trends.
- Analyze research data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable recommendations for product and design improvements.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure research insights are integrated into the product development process.
- Manage research projects independently, from planning and execution to reporting and presentation.
Must-Haves
- 2-4 years of experience in UX research, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.
- Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Experience with user research tools such as UserTesting, dscout, and Qualtrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working on consumer-facing technology products.
- Familiarity with Figma and Figjam.
- Background in human-computer interaction, experimental psychology, social psychology, or a related field..
