Role Description The Realtor Associate will work full time on-site in Langley, BC, supporting clients through every step of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, hosting showings and open houses, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. The role involves maintaining accurate property and transaction records, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, and staying current on local market trends and regulations. The Realtor Associate will collaborate with Michael Williams and the LPT Realty team to develop business strategies, attend client meetings, and contribute to marketing efforts that promote listings and services. Consistent in-person client interaction and local community engagement are key components of success in this position. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of Residential Real Estate and Property Management, with the ability to support clients in buying, selling, and maintaining properties. Experience or strong interest in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, including understanding market dynamics and transaction structures. Understanding of Investments related to real estate, such as cash flow, return on investment, and long-term portfolio strategies. Valid real estate license (or eligibility to obtain one) in British Columbia and familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations. Strong client-service orientation, negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and in writing. Comfort with technology tools for listing management, CRM systems, and digital marketing of properties.
