ServiceNow Architect ServiceNow Developer (34592)
About the role
Our Enterprise client is looking for a ServiceNow Architect and Developer for a Hybrid contract opportunity. The successful candidates will support the design and development of a ServiceNow framework focused on Third-Party Risk and Issue intake, management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop a ServiceNow framework for Third-Party Risk & Issue management

Build process flows to support:
-
Intake of Third-Party assessment results
-
Assignment of ownership for findings, issues, and action items
-
Automated executive notifications and acknowledgements
-
Response assignment, delegation, mitigation, resolution, and acceptance
-
Simulate integration with the GSMG Data Lake to ingest data from up to two assessments (TBD)
-
Design near real-time dashboards to monitor third-party risk data
-
Define and support a prioritized backlog and scope for Phase 1 development
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Architect or Developer level)
- Experience designing workflows, automation, and dashboards in ServiceNow
- Experience with risk, issue, or third-party risk management use cases
- Ability to work independently in a remote delivery environment
- Experience with integrations and data ingestion (simulation acceptable)
