A leading packaging manufacturer in Mississauga is looking for a shift production supervisor to join their busy team.
Compensation
$80,000 – $85,000* Bonus Benefits The stated compensation range reflects the full scope of the role as currently structured and is provided in accordance with pay transparency requirements. Offers are determined based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and alignment with the role’s requirements. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates who fully meet all requirements and qualifications outlined in this posting and the official job description.
Position Description
Lead and oversee the shift production operations of packaging manufacturer
Coordinate and assign tasks to production staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders Monitor and maintain quality control standards to meet or exceed customer expectations Train, mentor, and develop production team members to enhance their skills and productivity Collaborate with the morning production supervisor to ensure a seamless transition of work Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness Manage and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines Maintain accurate production records and reports
Experience
Available for shift work
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a print/packaging facility Strong understanding of print packaging processes, equipment, and materials Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency
