The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the financial management and reporting of our portfolio companies. This role sits at the intersection of accounting and financial analysis, with a strong focus on month-end close, financial reporting, and performance insights. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial results while supporting operational decision-making and improving financial processes and controls across the business.
###What You'll Be Doing
Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

Support and execute month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations

Preparation of financial statements

Maintain key GL account reconciliations (prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, inventory)

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations
Revenue & Financial Integrity
-
Review revenue recognition, including deferred and unbilled revenue
-
Validate financial data and investigate discrepancies
-
Support audit requirements and strengthen financial controls
Financial Analysis
-
Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and identify key drivers
-
Translate financial results into clear insights for internal stakeholders
-
Support ongoing performance monitoring across business units
Cash Flow & Working Capital
-
Monitor cash flow and maintain internal tracking models
-
Support AR/AP processes, including aging reviews and vendor payments
Budgeting & Forecasting
-
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of budgets and rolling forecasts
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and validate assumptions
Process Improvement
-
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and controls
-
Support integration and standardization across acquired businesses
###About You
-
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred
-
3–6+ years of experience in accounting or FP&A
-
Strong foundation in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis
-
Advanced Excel skills
-
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Key Attributes

Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Effective communicator with the ability to translate financial data into insights

Motivated to learn and grow within a dynamic, acquisitive organization

Experience in businesses that sell both software and hardware (e.g., bundled solutions, inventory-linked revenue models) is an asset
