Your mission should you accept it:
Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the main responsibilities of the Training and Talent Development Specialist are to evaluate, design and deploy training programs that meet the needs with the various sectors and partners of the company. More specifically, he acts as an expert in training and development within the team by integrating best practices.

- University degree in human resources, organizational development, education or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in training and development;
- Advanced knowledge of educational technology such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond or any other content creation and editing tool;
- Demonstrated experience in training project management; Bilingualism required (English and French) both orally and in writing;
- A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite such as PowerPoint, Stream, etc.
What you will do to complete this mission successfully:
- Act as an expert in training and development within the team, integrating best practices.
- Evaluate, design and deploy training programs and projects that meet the needs of the various sectors according to the growth of the company;
- Anticipate development needs and support managers by proposing innovative training solutions; Facilitate training workshops and create dynamic micro-learning experiences;
- Use expertise to recommend innovative and efficient approaches;
- Cultivate, develop and maintain strong relationships with sectors and partners to identify and prioritize training needs;
- Support onboarding, compliance training, and ongoing skills development initiatives;
- Measure the impact of the training implemented with the aim of continuously improving its content and strengthening the achievements;
- Collaborate with internal experts and external suppliers at all stages (design, validation, production), ensuring the accuracy of the content;
- Ensure the management of consultants and external partners (contracts, budget, monitoring).
