The Role

The Dynamics 365 Developer (Application Support Specialist) supports the development, enhancement, and integration of business applications across the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Working within a fast‑paced and collaborative team, this role contributes to building digital solutions that streamline operations, unify data, and elevate user experience across the organization.

You will work closely with technical teams, managers, and end users to design scalable applications, optimize workflows, integrate data sources, create reporting assets, and maintain system documentation. You will also support governance, compliance, and business continuity initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build responsive Canvas Apps, Custom Pages, and Model-Driven Applications.
  Apply a “configure-first” leveraging out-of-the-box ERP functionality before customization in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Services.
• Develop solutions within Power Platform (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate) and JavaScript to enhance application functionality and user experience.
• Plan, design, and implement projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Support applications and users through training, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.
• Maintain clear, up‑to‑date system and process documentation, including knowledge repositories.
• Assist with governance, compliance, change management, and after‑hours incident response.

Experience

Required:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Power Automate, including advanced and enterprise-level workflows.
• Skilled in building and managing integrations using custom APIs.
• Proficient in working with SharePoint, Dataverse, and AWS based database services.
• Proficient in using FetchXML or writing and executing SQL queries.
• 1-3 years of experience working with ERP or Dynamics 365

Nice to have:

• Integrate multiple data sources, including Business Central and Field Services, to support unified application experiences.
• Create and modify reports and dashboards in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to meet company needs.
• Build scalable data pipelines and models using Microsoft Fabric components like OneLake and Synapse.

Education

• Equivalent combination of education and hands‑on experience in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or enterprise application development.
