YOUR MISSION
Reporting to the Manager, Global Partnerships Activation, the position will coordinate the execution of the partnership elements on a global level and be responsible for the overall integration of partners in Cirque du Soleil’s marketing campaigns, digital assets and onsite touring shows worldwide. The successful candidate will have an interest in customer service and relationship building, with the ability to maintain an attention to detail across a number of ongoing projects.
Duties would also involve liaising with partners and working closely with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:

Develop a strong understanding of partner business objectives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic opportunities to deliver upon these objectives;

Support account managers in managing the relationship with partners;
-
Support the creation of integrated promotional concepts that increase partner activation
-
Develop detailed end-of-season partnership fulfillment reports;
-
Work within a team environment to build strong relationships supporting interdepartmental objectives;
-
Provide support in the execution of co-branded marketing campaigns;
-
Coordinate tracking and manage of creative campaign timelines;
-
Coordinate onsite exclusive experiences such as behind-the-scene visits, Q&A with cast and crew, as well as onsite activations;

Assist in fulfilling Hospitality partner benefits such as partner ticket inventories;
-
Assist on managing all activations and is the gatekeeper of partners brand visibility on all Cirque du Soleil’s marketing campaigns and digital assets for Big Top and Arena touring shows;

Consolidate, update and share key information regarding partners presence in markets worldwide with all relevant internal stakeholders;
-
Gather and package comprehensive marketing plans and data to be shared with our partners.
YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE
- BA in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline. Sponsorship, Partnerships activation or Events background is a definite asset;
- 3-4 years’ experience in Sponsorship, Brand Activation and/or Marketing (agency or client);
- Understanding of general partnership marketing principles and a mindset for strategic planning;
- Teamwork, proactivity and attention to details;
- Be self-directed and able to work independently with integrity;
- Effective organization and prioritization, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing demands;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to work well with all levels of management;
- Excellent level proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication (French and English) as well as relationship management skills.
