Technology Architect – Senior Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Client: Public Sector Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technology Architect with deep expertise in IBM Maximo and Enterprise Work Management Systems (EWMS) to lead solution architecture, technical design, enterprise integrations, and Maximo implementation for a large-scale City of Toronto modernization initiative. ✅ Must-Have Skills Graduate Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology IBM Certified Maximo Professional (Mandatory) 15+ years of Enterprise Work Management Systems implementation experience 10+ years of IBM Maximo development, implementation, and solution architecture 10+ years leading full lifecycle Maximo/EAM implementations 5+ years of Public Sector experience (Municipal preferred) Strong experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), integrations, data migration, and enterprise architecture ⭐ Desired Skills IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) Java, SQL, REST APIs, Web Services GIS, SAP, or ERP integrations High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and cloud architecture TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture certification Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership
