As a student, you will build lasting relationships with industry leaders, and contribute to work that will build and strengthen your skill sets. Primary duties include:
- Review and update Transit training materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and proper formatting, and collaborate with the Curriculum Designer to draft, update, and revise training documents.
- Document recruitment processes across the hiring cycle and support updates to the Recruitment Process Manual.
- Prepare Dispatch shift training materials, including building or updating modules using HASTUS learning models.
- Organize, format, and maintain recruitment templates, workflow documents, and shared knowledge libraries with consistent version control.
- Support recruitment workshops and sessions, including orientation, resume, and interview workshops, and attend team check-ins with Training, Dispatch, and Recruitment to track progress and align priorities.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and documentation tasks across the three teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Human Resources or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Success in this role requires strong attention to detail and clear written communication, with the ability to accurately interpret and present information from multiple teams.
- Ability to stay organized and adaptable, managing several small projects at once while planning, coordinating, and responding to changing priorities.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams including Training, Dispatch, and Recruitment teams to support shared objectives.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and personal accountability, and be eager to learn new tools such as training platforms or scheduling systems while maintaining a results-oriented approach.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2026.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $29.82 per hour
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
