StorageVault Canada is undergoing a large-scale Salesforce transformation, implementing solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, and more. We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant (Configuration) to bring specialized expertise in Salesforce implementation and best practices.
This role focuses on system configuration, customization, and data migration—helping our teams achieve scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality Salesforce outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Best Practices

Provide expert guidance on Salesforce configuration and implementation best practices.

Translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
-
Support or lead team meetings to gather detailed processes and align them with Salesforce capabilities.

Advise stakeholders on features and functionalities to maximize value from the platform.
System Configuration & Customization
-
Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration (fields, objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, permissions, etc.).
-
Handle system customizations to support business processes across multiple lines of business.
-
Optionally apply programming skills (e.g., Apex, front-end web technologies like HTML/CSS) for advanced automations.

Collaborate with developers and architects to align configuration with technical design.

Partner with MuleSoft and other integration teams to ensure seamless data connectivity.
Data Migration & Management

Support data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
-
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security within Salesforce.

Develop repeatable processes for ongoing data management and updates.
Collaboration & Support

Work with business analysts and project managers to clarify requirements and deliver solutions on time.

Support testing, QA, and end-user adoption efforts.
-
Document configuration, processes, and change management activities.
-
Provide training to staff and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting experience.
-
2–3 years of experience translating business requirements into technical design and configuration builds.

Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Lightning App Builder, and standard automation tools.

Experience with Salesforce data migration (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or third-party tools).

Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant (Sharing & Visibility Architect, PD1 are a plus).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with middleware tools and API-based integrations.
