Job Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, National Accounts Payable the Accounts Payable Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate payment processing, vendor maintenance and invoice audits. As part of our high-performing National AP Team, you will work in a fast-paced environment managing high volume payment processing across 400+ bank accounts. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing high-volume payments across 400+ bank accounts, adhering to established EFT and cheque run schedules.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of Invoice Registers in Yardi Voyager; resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update vendor records with a focus on EFT onboarding to support efficient and secure payment processes.
- Monitor and manage vendor communications in shared inboxes, flagging and addressing issues as needed.
- Audit Workday employee expense reports for compliance, GST/HST/QST accuracy, and supporting documentation.
- Process pre-authorized payments, void cheque requests
- File monthly GST/HST returns, and maintain AP records and payment confirmations
We are looking for:
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven capacity to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solution-oriented mindset with exceptional customer service skills and communication abilities.
- An eager learner who thrives on new challenges.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar ERP system is an asset.
- Minimum 3 years Accounts Payable experience. Understanding of the full AP Cycle. Basic understanding of accounting principles.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $60,000.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
