Your place in our story The cleaner is responsible for contributing to best in class customer experience by maintaining the cleanliness of all buildings and common areas.
Here’s How You’ll Contribute
- Cleans all common areas including grounds, garages, lobbies, corridors, elevators, washrooms, garbage chutes, laundry rooms and media rooms;
- Dusts and cleans all glass, windows and mirrors within common areas;
- Maintains all flooring surfaces, including vacuuming, moping and sweeping surface flooring;
- Reports any deficiencies such as tripping hazards; resolving immediately where possible;
- Inspects all common area light bulbs, fixtures and signage daily and notify office;
- Assist with garbage bins, clean outdoor garbage enclosures;
- May assist in clearing snow and ice, applying salt and sand to common area walkways, and completion of operational logs;
- Perform all facets of the job in accordance with the legislation applicable to the jurisdiction, including: Health and Safety standards, WHMIS, AODA, PIPEDA and Human Rights;
- All other duties within the spirit, scope and purpose of the role, as requested by Management

- High School Diploma required.
- Some experience in a service industry is an asset. Previous cleaning experience is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail

- Ability to lift 50 pounds
