Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors

Ensuring a safe and secure environment Responsible for scheduling of the security guards  Ensuring a very high level of Security services  Forecasting the schedule and advise Management of the same Lead a team of Security Officers Train Security officers  Liaise with Client and respond to client complaints and take appropriate measures to solve it  Ensuring excellent Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at Security team’s disposal. Performing  patrol at the premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.

Qualifications for University Campus Security Supervisor

Be authorized to work in Canada

Hold a valid security license Good verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in the security industry as a seasoned leader  Valid Manitoba Security Guard License Customer service oriented Be able to work days Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a stressful environment
