The Lead Hand position is a driving-focused role that provides hands-on leadership and support on outdoor worksites involving street and bus shelter cleaning, basic maintenance, and land and streetscaping. DUTIES:Hands on cleaning and maintenance tasks in various outdoor locationsSupervise crewmembers while providing instruction and guidanceMentor new crew while promoting personal and professional growthEvaluate performance and ensure positive progress toward job goalsEnsure OH&S standards are being met and job sites are clean and safeEnsure crew have the required tools and materials to complete tasks in a timely mannerQA/QC to ensure work is done to a high standardTransport employees to and from job sites EXPERIENCE:Clean driving record with knowledge of Saskatoon an assetComfort with use of basic hand toolsSafe work habits and attention to detailExcellent organization and time managementStrong communication skillsCondition of Employment: Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record Quint Development Corporation strives to employ a workforce that is representative of the neighbourhoods in which it operates.
