About the role
RenovateFlow Consulting helps kitchen & bath remodelers grow with qualified homeowner appointments and performance-based marketing. We’re hiring remote closers to run Zoom demos, present ROI, handle objections, and close $2k–$10k+ deals.
Pay: Commission-only (10–15% upfront + residuals), realistic OTE $8k–$18k+/month, uncapped.
Requirements: 1–3+ years high-ticket remote closing, 25%+ close rate, experience with $2k–$10k offers, strong discovery/ROI framing, objection handling.
Tools: Zoom, CRM, Calendly, Stripe, DocuSign.
Schedule: Remote, U.S. hours, full-time preferred (20+ demos/week).
