About the role
Company Description We're building Icon Training, an AI-powered fitness platform that helps trainers and athletes scale their coaching worldwide — giving their audience access to a personalised AI version of them, 24/7. Role Description This is a remote role on our Growth Team for ambitious people who want hands-on experience in fundraising, investor outreach, relationship building, and start-up growth. This is an unpaid position, with commission-based earnings and long-term opportunities for strong performers. This is ideal for:
- Students or early-career professionals
- Aspiring entrepreneurs, sales professionals, and business development specialists
- People interested in startups, venture capital, and fundraising
- Anyone wanting real start-up experience and portfolio results What you'll do:
- Research and identify potential investors who may be interested in Icon Training
- Reach out to investors through email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels
- Build relationships with potential investors and introduce them to the company
- Support fundraising efforts and investor communications
- Work directly with the founder and Growth Team to help expand the company's investor network What you'll gain:
- Direct mentorship from a funded start-up founder
- Real responsibility - not admin tasks
- Experience across fundraising, investor relations, and growth strategy
- LinkedIn recognition, references, and portfolio credits

- Performance-based commission on successful investor introductions Time Commitment:
- Fully flexible
- 1–40 hrs/week Location: Remote Compensation:
- 3–5% commission on successful investments secured through your referrals

- Long-term opportunities for top performers Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time remotely
- Interest in startups, technology, business, or fundraising
- Comfortable communicating with investors and professionals
