Job Summary Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide analytical and administrative support to our operations team. This remote position is ideal for candidates who are organized, comfortable working with data, and able to manage routine administrative responsibilities while supporting basic reporting and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal teams • Maintain and organize digital files, records, and documentation • Assist with data entry, verification, and basic report preparation • Support scheduling, email correspondence, and internal coordination • Prepare spreadsheets and update tracking documents as required • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information • Assist with follow-ups and general operational support tasks
Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Good written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Previous administrative or data-related experience is helpful but not required
