Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000

Position Overview

The Sr. Specialist, Digital Operations provides trafficking design and functional implementation for all digital media channels. In addition, they will provide creative and analytic automation support to both internal and external teams. Additional tasks that may be required include in-platform (DSP) support.

As a member of the Media team, this candidate will report directly to the Lead, Digital Operations & Automation

Key Responsibilities

Manage all day-to-day campaign trafficking across Programmatic campaign setups

Assist with campaign data collection and organizing performance for internal and external partners Manage the intake of new creatives for campaign activations ensuring best practices are followed and creatives are setup for tracking success Working with internal finance teams, ensure that all programmatic invoices are organized and accounted for monthly Implement and monitor third-party measurement data providing team members with actionable insights on inventory challenges Assist the Lead, Digital Operations and Automation with automation projects and testing programs Inform and maintain Digital Operations workflows across team Educate cross function teams about additional tools that can be implemented for advanced programmatic activations & reporting Develop best practices for digital operations across channels and regularly communicate out to the larger digital teams

Any media platform certifications considered an asset

Experience with media buying & Ad Trafficking in a retail environment
