What You'll Do We are looking to add a Key Account Manager to our New Brunswick team!

This person will have a defined territory and industry (Pulp & Paper) where they have sufficient opportunity to capture competitively held business and be assigned an aggressive and achievable revenue growth target.

  • Expand market penetration for assigned region or customers in the Water industry.
  • Identify new customers and opportunities within region and grow business while reinforcing Solenis brand.
  • Develops business development strategies and creates annual business development plans for relevant area to reach required business objectives and revenue.
  • Works closely with account managers to understand business requirements and market needs.
  • Recognizes new market segments and opportunities for business development, makes a calculation of returns and investment, and gains agreement for the investment, resources, and actions required for the developments.
  • Prioritizes market segment development activities and sets revenue targets
  • Achieve customer satisfaction resulting in optimal retention of existing business and growth of new business.

What You'll Bring

  • Have previous experience in Industrial Water Treatment, especially recovery boilers, cooling towers and wastewater
  • Possess strong relationship management skills
  • Have documented results using a consultative sales process
  • Be able to establish relationships at all levels of management
  • HS Diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ideally live in or can commute to the general St. John, NB area.
