The Parts and Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all parts and materials required for equipment and truck repair are ordered, received, and distributed to the maintenance team in a manner that meets or exceeds specified accuracy and efficiency targets. This includes phone interaction with customers, parts identification, pricing and shipping. Responsible for vendor set-up in computer system, provide order information for order entry and shipping. This position is also responsible for Replenishing and managing local inventory to achieve target fill rates.

When:
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
What we expect you to do:
- Provides exceptional service to internal customers through parts counter distribution.
- Sources/purchases parts and other materials as required by obtaining 3 bids.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry (MP2).
- Participation and/or facilitates day to day and month-end/year-end inventory cycle counts.
- Reviews purchase requisition forms to ensure appropriate details and approvals are provided.
- Processes purchase requisitions as directed.
- Responds to internal parts inquiries in an accurate, professional and timely manner.
- Operate forklift from time to time.
- Shipping and receiving parts and other materials.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- Resolves order issues with vendors, incorrect parts, refunds, re-delivery.
- Tags part and organize parts in proper location.
- Performs inventory counts and reconciles to computer system to ensure accuracy of physical inventory.
- Participation and/or facilitates day to day and month-end/year-end inventory cycle counts.
- Manages and co-ordinates obsolete items/inventory by making arrangements to sell or dispose of inventory with management’s approval.
You have:
- Must exhibit Triple M Metal LP’s Core Values of Respect, Ethics, Service, Team and Pride.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Possess a proven ability to demonstrate professional communication skills (verbal/written) with a positive attitude.
- Strong computer skills, with MS Office suite products
- Valid G License
