A career as a manager on the National Bank Insurance team at National Bank means acting as an expert and manager for a team of insurance and customer service advisors. Your job
•Coach and align a team of advisors to meet the insurance needs of National Bank Insurance's unassigned clients
•Set growth targets and activities for clients under your management
•Act as a designated representative with canadian regulators for the various National Bank insurance firms
•Support the Compliance and regulatory team in creating and implementing oversight mechanisms for individual insurance brokerage activities across Canada
•Manage complex life and health insurance files as a subject matter expert.
Your team
You are part of a team of three colleagues at National Bank Insurance and will report to the Associate Vice-President. Our team stands out for its expertise in individual insurance brokerage, quality delivery, client/employee experience, fun atmosphere and high level of collaboration. Our goal is to offer you maximum flexibility to enhance your quality of life. This includes a hybrid work environment and a flexible and adaptable schedule.

Prerequisites
•College diploma, bachelor's or master's degree
•In-depth experience in individual insurance distribution and brokerage
•A financial security licence from all regulators in Canada
•A solid track record in insurance product distribution and regulatory support in the insurance industry in Canada
•Be available to participate in cross-sector committees and projects
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
